Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products sold on this site, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on any products. If you have questions about items on the website, please contact me at ncadkins@outlook.com before you place your order and I’ll be happy to help!  If you have an issue with any items from your order,  please contact me within 2 days of delivery. Please understand colors may vary slightly due to lighting in photos. Colors may vary slightly between production runs.

If you are missing any items from your order and have not yet been refunded, please send a picture of the items you received to the email address above. If a picture is not provided, a replacement/refund will not be issued. 

Refunds

Items may only be refunded if they are found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email ncadkins@outlook.com. Please include your order number, name on the order, and a photo of the defective item along with a simple explanation of what the issue is with the item. I will review your concern and respond accordingly. If the item is defective, I will offer a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
